Carbs just re-worked. Runs great. Brand new battery.
Extras include: quick release spitfire windshield. Saddle bags. Highway pegs. Helmet lock. Throttle lock. Service manual. 2 extra oil filters.
Known issues: horn and low gas indicator light not currently working. Paint blemish in front of gas cap.
This is a daily rider, not a pristine showroom bike. (And it is not new!) But it still gets looks, questions, and compliments at stoplights. Ride it as is and enjoy. Or start a restoration project if you prefer.

Kevin Schwantz Visits Suzuki Headquarters Ahead of Suzuka 8-Hours
Mon, 07 Jul 2014Former 500cc World Champion Kevin Schwantz recently visited Japan to take part in the official test for the 2014 Coca-Cola Zero Suzuka 8-Hours. Schwantz, who last year finished third at Suzuka riding for Team Kagayama, is part of the Yoshimura Suzuki Shell Advance Legend Racing Team and will ride alongside his 1986 Suzuka 8-Hour partner Satoshi Tsujimoto and Suzuki Moto GP test rider Nobuatsu Aoki. 2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Specs Released
Mon, 23 Sep 2013Suzuki continued its nearly year-long tease for its new V-Strom 1000, releasing new pictures and full technical specifications for the highly-anticipated adventure tourer. We first saw the 2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 at the 2012 Intermot Show in Cologne last October. For a concept, the V-Strom appeared close to being ready for production, and the new photos of the production model show very few visual changes from the past year.
