2007 Moto Guzzi Griso 1100

Bike is located and garaged in Meridian MS. This bike has always been my dream bike, but plans have changed and it's time for it to go. I am a US Navy student pilot, cannot risk even a minor injury for my medical clearance, and will be moving soon anyway.

Super low miles. 2568

Last year of the 1100 4V classic pushrod Moto Guzzi engine. Yes the DOHC 1200 engine makes more power, but according to forums and mechanics- the 1100 is a near bulletproof 100,000+ mile engine and a tried and true Guzzi formula. More low down torque and around-town performance. Bike handles beautifully, looks even better, and is very comfortable.

$1000 Zard street exhaust with catalytic converter retained but silencer removed was custom ordered from Italy, and fit specifically for this bike.

Brand new dual compound Michelin Pilot 2 Touring tires fitted at 2000 miles. Perfect fit for the bike. Bike valves, oil, driveshaft, gearbox and other parts were also serviced at this time. Bike also includes an OEM Moto Guzzi bikini windshield fairing. Currently fitted with low profile bar end mirrors, but original mirrors included.

2nd owner, always located in the south. Bike has always been garaged and is in excellent condition. No issues. Just rode it yesterday.

I'm confident I'm forgetting some details,  so Please message me for any questions or text me at 239-595-9838. You can call as well, but I am usually flying, so may not be able to return your call for a while.

Moto Guzzi Revives V7 in US

Mon, 05 Jan 2009

If contemporary society has taught us anything, it is that few things are held as sacred. Shameless film and television remakes are rampant while musicians sample (steal) any beats or mixes they deem suitable that will gain their crumby creation attention. In regards to motorcycles, there are times when retro-inspired modern engineered creations work, like the Triumph Thruxton for instance.

Piaggio Multimedia Platform iPhone Connectivity Announced for Piaggio X10 Maxi-Scooter

Thu, 05 Jul 2012

Piaggio announced a new iPhone connectivity system set to debut on its new X10 maxi-scooter. The Piaggio Multimedia Platform (PMP) will be available as a kit for the 125cc, 350cc and 500cc versions of the Piaggio X10, and eventually may be introduced to other models in the Piaggio Group (which would include the brands Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa.) Designed by Re:Lab, the PMP system  turns an iPhone into an onboard computer and secondary display. The kit mounts the iPhone over the Piaggio insignia on the center of the X10′s handlebar which, from the rider’s perspective, puts it just below the scooter’s standard instruments.

Moto Guzzi Le Mans Mk III #17

Few believe that the true spirit of the Moto Guzzi brand is hidden in the sports cars of the 1970s and 1980s. But they are still in demand. Here is a great example of this from the Hamburg workshop Kaffeemaschine.
