NOTE: '67 and '68 V7 frame numbers and engine numbers never matched.

 
HISTORY: New owners took control of the Moto Guzzi company in early 1967, and shortly thereafter, Giulio Cesare Carcano developed the 90° V twin engine used in this iconic second year V7.


Study photos closely. Motorcycle is being sold as is, as pictured.
The bike is nearly complete, including a red seat as pictured in one of the photos.
The gas tank is not included, and one of the large square side covers is missing.
Any other parts not pictured have been removed before my ownership and are not included.
There's a photo of a license plate for reference, but the license plate is not included.

Bike sale will include all paperwork including previous owner's FLORIDA REGISTRATION.
There is also paperwork from the previous owner's original purchase. (Illinois registration paperwork)
Bike will be sold with Bill of Sale.

We are selling bike AS IS. We will not 'part it out'.

This bike has no warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for arrangement of shipping, however I will assist in any reasonable way possible. A non-refundable PayPal deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of auction close. Remaining balance is due within 7 days of auction close, by cash, check, money order, or limited amounts on multiple credit cards or PayPal (see below for details). The motorcycle will be released after all funds have cleared. I reserve the right to end the auction early, as the bike is for sale locally. Good luck bidding.

a non-payment claim shall be filed against Buyer.

Final payment may be made by

personal check, bank check, money order.

Final payment may be made by credit cards, or PayPal, with a 3% user fee added.

The Italian concern reported positive sales results for 2019. Over the past year, the brand merger showed a 1.3% increase in sales to 611,300 units, of which 399,600 units (+1.6%) were two-wheeled vehicles. Sales statistics in the Asia-Pacific region improved markedly, with a 14.5 percent increase.

Brim’s Imports is a vintage motorcycle shop disguised as a used car dealership, and chances are you’ve never heard of the place or its proprietor, Tom Brim. If you’re in the market for a rare vintage motorcycle, however, it may behoove you to give Tom or his brother, Ralph, an old fashion phone call. A website does exist, brimsimport.com, but its for searching the inventory of late model car and truck parts — the cash flow supporting Tom’s motorcycle obsession.

Vespa 946 Production Model Confirmed for North America

Piaggio confirmed it will be importing the production version of its Vespa 946 (a.k.a. the “Quarantasei“) to North America, representing the next generation of scooters from the iconic Italian brand. The 946 was presented alongside the Aprilia Caponord 1200 and Moto Guzzi California 1400 at Piaggio’s North American dealer meeting last week in Miami.
