MV Agusta F4 750 Series ORO description
2000 MV Agusta F4 Series ORO - Number 286 of 300 produced
Selling my MV Augusta Series ORO motorcycles. This auction is for the 2000 F4, see also my other eBay auction for the 2004 Brutale ORO.
The 750cc F4 was the first series of the new release of MV Agusta motorcycles after previous production had stopped in the 1980’s. A true collectors item, only 300 Gold Series models had been manufactured for worldwide sales. 4,500 miles; VIN ZCGF400AAXV000286.
This particular bike is not a trailer queen, the MV has been used on the road and of course this will always show somewhat on the exhaust, the engine and the body work, see pictures for more details. I am not the first owner, hence I do not know the full history details of the bike. One particular item I want to mention is that the fuel tank has a different surface texture than the rest of the body work, which has the usual smooth paint finish. The tank however looks like it would have received a thinner coat of paint and the underlying texture of the material still shows on the surface. I tried to show this in the last picture. The bike runs very strong; it will need an oil change and at the next service, ideally the low speed mixture should be set to a richer setting.
Shorai lithium battery. Rear tire changed at 3,700 miles, front tire still OK. 2 keys, owners manual and tool kit
Clear GA title and registration in my name. Contractual stuff:
Thanks for bidding.
