The Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic SE (VN900B) is a mid-sized cruiser 1st introduced in 2006. The Vulcan 900 is powered by a liquid cooled 903 cc V-Twin engine mated to a five gear transmission. It also features a 5.3 gallon tank, floor boards, front and rear disk brakes, electronic fuel injection and a belt for the final drive. This is a Vulcan 900 Classic LT (VN900D) which came standard with a factory windshield, saddlebags, a passenger seat backrest and a leather studded seat. When it was new the selling dealer sent it out to Lehman and had it converted to a Storm trike and the owner had passenger floor boards added. The Storm features an “S.M.A.R.T.” suspension for max performance with a no lean. Other features include the adjustable rear air suspension, the large lockable trunk, a steering stabilizer bar, raked triple trees, a parking brake and cast aluminum rear wheels. This is a one owner trike that was purchased new in August of 2011 and currently has an incredibly low 683 original miles. It also comes with a 3 yr prepaid maintenance contract which covers all service needs through 08/20/14 or 20,000 mis. Service must be done at Gieson Motorsports in Rock Falls, IL. 2014 WSBK Misano Results
Mon, 23 Jun 2014Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes won both races at Misano to stretch his championship lead to 39 points as we pass the halfway mark of the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The reigning champion scored his third double-win round of the season while his teammate Loris Baz added a pair of second-place finishes. David Salom on the Kawasaki’s factory EVO entry was also the top rider in the new sub-class for both races to top off a strong weekend for the Team Green.
Schwantz, Tsujimoto Team Up For Yoshimura Legends Team At 2014 Suzuka 8-Hour
Sat, 01 Mar 2014Former 500cc World Champion, Kevin Schwantz, will pair with former Japanese Champion, Satoshi Tsujimoto, in this year’s Suzuka 8-Hour race. The duo originally tackled Suzuka together in 1986, ultimately coming in third position. Now the two are back in celebration of Yoshimura’s 60th anniversary, as part of the company’s “Legend Team.” Yoshimura will also field a second entry with former Australian Champion Josh Waters and All Japan Superbike rider Takuya Tsuda.
