Changed over to full synthetic oil at 600 mile required oil change. Front and rear brake pads replaced. 15,000 mi. Kawa service performed. Original parts replaced are included also. Lascorz smiling in first post-crash photo
Mon, 02 Jul 2012Nearly three months on since Joan Lascorz's accident in the post-race test at Imola, the first image has appeared showing the Spaniard in good spirits whilst he undergoes rehabilitation. The terrible crash left the 27-year-old factory Kawasaki rider with a fracture to his C6 vertebrae, and fears that it would leave him quadriplegic. Fortunately, as shown in the picture with his raised arm, Lascorz has recovered full sensitivity in his upper limbs.
Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released
Wed, 18 Jan 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.
