Up for bid, from the estate of a motorcycle enthusiast, is a nice, low mileage (8,114 miles) Kawasaki Vulcan. This bike is quiet and smooth and is all stock with the exception of, what I believe, is an aftermarket bolt on fairing. Tires are in very good shape and have many miles left on them. Bike also has a nice padded sissy bar. Paint is very good, also so is the paint on the frame. In general, for it's age, this bike is in great shape. Reserve is low as this bike has to go. AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days A Rousing Success
Mon, 29 Jul 2013AMA members and motorcyclists from across the country celebrated the people, machines and sport of motorcycling at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, featuring the riders and champions of Husqvarna, over the July 19-21 weekend. The annual gathering of tens of thousands of motorcycling enthusiasts participated in vintage racing, took in numerous bike shows, met their motorcycling heroes, purchased vintage parts and motorcycles in the massive swap meet, spent time with old friends, and met new ones, all at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. The AMA and the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, which oversees the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, extend their appreciation to AMA members, racers, enthusiasts, collectors, restorers, fans, clubs, companies and others who supported the three-day celebration of motorcycling’s history and heroes.

Built in 1894, it's about to be auctioned and is expected to reach a world record price (for a kettle). It uses a coal furnace to super-heat water into steam which is fed into a small engine.
