Kawasaki Vulcan description

Will start and run But has a rod knocking. This is for parts or repair only.


The only thing I see wrong with it other than the rod knocking is that the stator wires were sealed in using gasket maker instead of an OEM rubber seal. back tire has about 500mi on it. Front tire is about 35%

Kawasaki Recalls 20,512 Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-6R

Kawasaki is issuing a recall on 2008-2011 Ninja ZX-10R and the 2009-2012 Ninja ZX-6R sportbikes due to a defect affecting the batteries. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the regulator/rectifier on affected units may not sufficiently charge the battery. As a result, the battery may unexpectedly be fully discharged, causing the engine to stall.

A few weeks ago we brought you footage of Giuliano Rovelli lapping a Honda CBR1000RR SP around Assen. This week Rovelli is back, this time aboard a Kawasaki ZX-10R, giving us a rapid tour of Imola, the track made famous by the tragic passing of Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna 20 years ago, and also by the legendary battle between Troy Bayliss and Colin Edwards in 2002 which decided the championship.

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show.
