up for bid ! Bike was bought in 2003 and was layed down the same year and sat in a garage until i bought it last august 2012. With only 2750 miles on it! That's when i started working on it every weekend and some nights. First pulled all the damaged parts off ! and found all the parts i needed . Sent out all the body work to get painted as i set up the bike and profile "the look" and serviced the motor and tuned it up Cleaned the carburetors and replaced gaskets.. installed all the new body work, 9" headlight zx14 levers and mounted a few other parts and machined down the radiator support mounts and cut down the muffler to get the right look !! Shaved the rear fender ! Just got it running this weekend 10-11-13 and put a hundred miles on it!! and it has way too much power for me so i'm going to sell it before it kills me ! It does have a salvage title and in California dmv wants 842.00 to register it!!!! But other states wouldn't have any charges! Call with questions Crawford @ 805 234 4396 . Kawasaki Producing 599cc 2013 Ninja ZX-6R for Japanese Racing Homologation
Wed, 31 Oct 2012When Kawasaki announced it was upping the engine displacement for the Ninja ZX-6R to 636cc, the immediate question on many Team Green fans’ minds was what it would mean for the company’s supersport racing efforts. Kenan Sofuloglu won the 2012 World Supersport Championship on a Kawasaki ZX-6R, but under the regulations, he may not be allowed to defend his title next season on the 2013 model as homologation requirements in Supersport racing series limit Inline-Fours to displacements smaller than 600cc. Fear not however, as Kawasaki will be producing a special version of the ZX-6R with an engine displacement of 599cc, the same as the 2012 version.

Mon, 13 May 2013Eugene Laverty and Marco Melandri split a pair of victories at Monza but the most biggest news from the World Superbike weekend was a strange series of appeals after Race Two that saw Tom Sykes finish third, relegated to fourth and then reinstated on the final step of the podium. The unusual mix-up occurred after Sykes, sitting in third place, ran off track and into the run off area on Turn 5 on his final lap. The Kawasaki rider returned to the track again in third place where he finished ahead of Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli.
