i have a 2001 kawi z12r thats lowered n streched...its been lowered about 5ins and strected 14 ins and sill go another 2.....bike has a muzzy exhaut , powe commander three , k&n air filters been regeared in the rear from 48teeth to 46teeth.....bike is super fast....the bke has an led tail light with turn signals in it...im ordering hids for the bike soon....i ride the bike to and from work sometime and almost every sunday...i love the bike but im always tradin never really keep anything for long...i have another 00-01 zx12r crankshaft that im sending out to be lighten and race balanced becuz i have plans on building the motor but right now the bike still runs and drives good and very fast....I also have another jug with four pistons.....just hit me up with your offers worst I can say is no.........I own the bike so no liens so clean and clean title

With the new Concours, Kawi created its first traction control system. Unlike the ABS, the rider can disable or enable KTRC, and can do so on the fly. The new TC system isn’t level selectable, like, say, Ducati’s DTC, and it isn’t intended to allow a rider to go faster on their Connie.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

2014 AMA Supercross – San Diego Results

James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win of the season, leading all 20 laps before a crowd of 56,828 fans at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Calif. The Yoshimura Suzuki rider becomes the fourth different winner of  the season in the 450 class through six rounds. The news was less positive for last week’s winner Chad Reed.
