Kawasaki Ninja description

For Sale is a well maintained garage kept 2010 metallic Island Blue Ninja 250r. The title is clean. I am the second owner and have put less than 800 miles on the bike. The bike is in 100% great mechanical condition I ride it at least once a week so it hasn't been sitting.  I regularly wash it and lube/degrease the chain. I learned to ride on this bike after taking the MSF course on the previous generation Ninja 250 and I must say this bike's handling, braking and looks are far superior.  The front tire looks nearly new and the rear tire is in great condition.  It has another 6-7k miles left on it.  I say this because someone with an identical bike I know has 10500 miles on his with still a thousand or more miles left on the stock rear tire.  The bike also makes about 5 horsepower over stock which is a 20% increase!  This bike is excellent for someone looking for inexpensive transportation, or a nice around town leisure bike, or a new rider of course.  The bike gets anywhere from 60-70 mpg even in traffic. The bike sounds amazing with the HMF exhaust (listen to clips on youtube).  I am selling this bike only because I am looking to buy a supersport motorcycle.  There is some cosmetic damage from the original owner although, the frame sliders took the brunt of it. I get good comments about it and people think its brand new.  The bike has never been raced I used it exclusively for leisure and occasionally would ride it to campus.  I can ride the bike to your location within a 20 mile radius if you're unable to.

The bike has over $1400 in extras including:

Mods:

-Extended Kawasaki Good Times Protection Plan Warranty until 2015. $300 (prorated)
-Wood Craft Clip-On Handlebars for more committed riding style but not uncomfortable. $180
-Yoshimura Rear set brackets to complement the wood craft clip-ons.  $90
-Puig Smoke Racing windscreen. $90
-Laminar Lip Touring/winter windscreen. $100
-Shogun Frame Sliders $170
-Seat pad $35
-Phone/Gps Mount - $15
-Blue windscreen bolts $10
-Reflective Rim Tape $10

-Performance Mods:

HMF-Carbon Fiber Exhaust drops weight of the bike around 7lb  -$350 +2.5 hp
Carb shimmed to remove the flat spots in the dynograph (particularly around 7k RPM) +.5hp
The Snorkel has been removed to decrease airflow restrictions and weight.  +1.5 hp
Pipercorss Performance Air Filter $35 +1 hp
Engine Ice coolant (radiator has only been on once ever) $20
Brand new 15t sprocket installed 300 miles ago highly recommended for highway riding. (increases mpg, decreases engine rpm, increases acceleration due to having to shift less) 14t sprocket (great condition) will be included in the sale $15
Also included will be a new K&N oil filter $10

Notes from previous owner:
Oil changed at <100, 300, 600, 900, 1200, 1600, 2000, 2500 Changed to synthetic at 3k miles and changed again at 3900. Oil filter changed at 100, 300 ,600, 1200, 2000, 3k, 3.9k.
I did all the oil and filter change except the first one. I made sure that this  baby is always in good running condition.
