1998 Kawasaki KX125
This bike was completely rebuilt about a year ago, when it was rebuilt it had a complete engine over haul with new piston and rings new connecting rod and had the cylinder sent off for a new Nikasil coating at the stock bore. It also had all new plastics, o-ring chain, wheel bearings, rear tire, over-sized aftermarket radiators, output shaft seal and much more. the engine has been very well taken care of since the rebuild, always starts first kick and I haven't had a single problem with it. It does need a new throttle tube and cable, and will need a new front tire soon. No title, I listed the title as clear, but I do not actually have it. Everything listed above was done about a year ago and the bike has been ridden since then but is still in very good condition and it's ready to ride. Isle of Man TT 2012: Sidecar TT Race 1 Results
Mon, 04 Jun 2012Dave Molyneux won his 15th career Isle of Man TT race with a victory in the first Sure Sidecar TT race of the 2012 festival. The win comes in Molyneux’s return to the Isle of Man TT after sitting out last year’s competition. By far the most successful Sidecar racer in TT history Molyneux is third overall among riders in any class, behind Joey Dunlop (26) and John McGuinness (18).
2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R 30th Anniversary Edition Revealed
Fri, 11 Jul 2014Kawasaki added a new limited edition 30th Anniversary Ninja model, revealing the 2015 ZX-14R in a special Firecracker Red and Metallic Graystone color scheme based on the colors of the original 1984 Ninja 900, the company’s first fully-faired sportbike. Kawasaki had previously announced 30th anniversary editions of the ZX-10R and ZX-6R, both bearing green livery remembering the company’s World Superbike and Supersport racers. Only 300 units of the limited edition Ninja ZX-14R will be produced for the U.S.
Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
