Kawasaki KLX description

Last chance! It sells or I am keeping it. 2013 Kawasaki KLX140L dirt bike. Purchased new in April '13 from Ron Ayers Motorsports (see picture of receipt). Runs perfect, low hours, maintenance done religiously. Some scratches/dents on plastics. I got it for my eleven y.o. son. He switched quickly to KX85 race bike over the summer. MSRP new is $3299. I am asking only $2375 (which includes eBay's $125 service fee). Seat height is 31.5ins. Google '2013 KLX140L" for more specifications. Left rear plastic replaced (see images). Will also throw in replacement chain and air filter (see picture); please note current chain and air filter are fine, I just bought new ones for eventual replacements.
