2009 Kawasaki Klx 450R, 2009 Kawasaki KLX450R for sale. Purchased from original owner in June 2013 who purchased new in December 2011. Only 600 miles on bike. New side panels, shrouds, headlight cover & decals recently installed. Recently serviced with oil change, new spark plug, air filter & battery. Only one ride on machine since service. Have new oil filter, new air filter, battery tender, stand & motorcycle carrier that will go with bike. Machine is all stock. Great trail bike with electric start, headlight & taillight. Could easily be converted to a dual sport or supermoto bike. Selling because kid is on the way and won't have time to ride. Fri, 30 May 2014The 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing season resumes this weekend with the Subway SuperBike Doubleheader at Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wis., and all eyes will be on 21-year-old AMA Pro SuperBike rookie Cameron Beaubier on the No. 2 Monster Energy Graves Yamaha YZF-R1. Beaubier may be the new kid on the block, but he entered the season opener at Daytona International Speedway with high expectations.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.

The Japanese magazine Young Machine has published a hypothetical (or, who knows, very likely) image of the new generation Kawasaki Ninja 250, which will appear at the end of next year or in 2018. The render is intriguing: according to it, the younger “ninja” can get a “birdcage” frame and a “changeling” fork.
