I am selling my freshly rebuilt 2013 ktm 450 sxf. I just had the frame and swing arm powder coated. the motor rebuilt by buddy brooks racing. I have pictures for proof. the bottom end is solid no reason to be replace . the top end has 2 hours on it sense rebuild. when bike was torn down I replaced all bearing on the bike. swing arm, head bearings and suspension linkage. wheel bearings are fine. bike has a full titanium fmf exhaust, comes with and extra set of Excel wheels with spokes and hubs. has tires on them but they are no good. I have the stock exhaust, and seat. I have a full set of orange , white and black plastics that go with it. Suspension is a full race tech gold galve set up for a 200lb rider. It is getting rebuilt right now with new oil bushings and seals. bike also has ankle saver pegs. I have stock ones. you can see this bike has a lot for the money. always maintained with the up most care and never raced. if you have any questions or offers contact me worst I can say is no or a counter. AMA Supercross: 2012 Anaheim I Results
Mon, 09 Jan 2012Ryan Villopoto picked up where he left off while Ryan Dungey gave KTM its first ever AMA Supercross podium as the season kicked off in Anaheim, Calif. Reigning champion and Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Villopoto took the holeshot and led all 20 laps to win the Anaheim I season opener by over 12 seconds ahead of Chad Reed‘s TwoTwo Motorsports Honda. “Villopoto made us look silly out here tonight,” says Reed.
KTM Issues Fuel Hose Recall on 7000 Motorcycles
Mon, 05 Nov 2012KTM is issuing a worldwide recall on approximately 7000 motorcycles from model year 2012 and 2013 for potential fuel hose leaks. The recall affects certain EXC, EXC-F, XC-F, XC-W, XCF-W, Freeride, SX-F, and Supermoto R models with electronic fuel injection. (See after the jump for specific models included in the recall.) According to KTM, a defect in the manufacturing process of the molded fuel hoses on affected models may lead to a fuel leak either at the ends or where the hoses bend.
