I love this motorcycle, but I no longer have time to ride due to career and family obligations. The motorcycle was serviced October 10, 2016, just for you. Brand new tires, battery, fluids, and oil filter. There are a few scratches in the paint on rear fender. Buyer can pick-up (near Madison, WI) or ship. I am willing to assist with shipping arrangements, but all shipping costs are buyer's responsibility. Payment is cashier's check or money order only. Selling as-is, no warranties. I will give buyer the leather items and helmets included in the photos (vest, jacket, chaps, two helmets), if the buyer wants them. |

Lambretta Licensees Deny Consortium’s Trademark Infringement Claims
Mon, 08 Aug 2011Two companies named in the Lambretta Consortium’s claims of trademark infringement say they have legitimate rights to use the Italian scooter brand’s name. Clag International and Motom Electronics Group (MEG) have released a joint statement saying Italian courts have ruled their licenses to use the Lambretta name are valid. The statement was released in response to the Lambretta Consortium’s announcement about taking legal action against unlicensed use of the brand.
Terra Motors Kiwami Electric Sportbike Claims Literbike Performance
Tue, 28 Jan 2014Japanese electric vehicle maker Terra Motors revealed a new sportbike called the Kiwami. Japanese for “extreme”, or “ultimate”, the Kiwami was revealed in India, ahead of the 2014in New Delhi in early February, making it the first electric superbike in the country. According to Terra Motors, the Kiwami offers acceleration performance equivalent to a 1000cc gasoline-powerd sportsbike.
