Indian Roadmaster description

This awesome 2015 Indian Roadmaster is by far the best motorcycle I have ever ridden. My previous 12 bikes were Harleys. This bike has been always garaged and covered and taken very good care of. Adult only ridden. It is basically stock except for a couple extras. I added Polk speakers to the front and a Heathers leathers heat shield which I never installed. Will also include an LED light set that I never installed. It also has highway pegs. Bike has been perfect and only serviced at the local Indian dealer. I regret having to sell but the bike only has 3842 miles on her in 2 summers due to a bad back and back surgery. So I'd rather see someone enjoy her to the fullest. NO dents dings etc.

2012 AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class Nominees Announced

The American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation released its list of nominees for the AMA Hall of Fame Museum induction class of 2012. The 26 nominees represents a wide range of contributions to motorcycling, from motocross champions and Daytona 200 winners to tuners to motorcycle rights advocates. The selection committee will further trim the list down to six individuals, three from competition categories and three from non-competition categories.

Hero Moto Unveils Leap Hybrid Scooter Concept, Claims 235 MPG

Indian manufacturer and former Honda partner Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new hybrid scooter prototype at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The Hero Leap runs on a series hybrid powertrain with the battery-powered electric motor providing most of the power and the gasoline engine acting as a range extender, charging the battery and supplying power when the battery runs low. Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.

July Is Women’s Motorcycle Month

In case you’ve been living under a rock, it’s hard not to notice the rising number of women getting into the sport of motorcycling. In fact, according to the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), women riders increased by 34% between 1998 and 2003. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) also says women make up nearly 30% of students in its Basic RiderCourses program.
