xtremely rare "DS Malterre" French built motorcycles build by Mr. DEBLADIS & SIGRAND. the later moved to Argentina in the late 20ies to become HD & Indian importer. This very motorcycle is the very first built by the french company .. acting as their prove of workmanship. Georgious details, much more refinde then any Indian or HD of the period. The bike comes with fotos of the old factory and mr sigrands speedrecord held with DS and other machines. Bike is in Belgium but I can and will assist for shipping anywhere in the world

The Guardian and Pursuit names will apparently be the versions based on the new Indian Challenger. Introduced at the end of last year, the Indian Challenger immediately attracted some attention thanks to very interesting "stuffing". It is equipped with a liquid-cooled overhead engine with a displacement of 1769cc PowerPlus - the most powerful V-twin in Indian history, it develops 122 hp at 5500 rpm and 178 Nm at 3800 rpm.

Indian Motorcycle has unveiled the latest addition to its cruiser line-up. The Springfield is built on the new Chief platform with an 1811cc Thunder Stroke 111 V-twin. The bike can be easily converted from a touring to city cruiser.

Three-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion Ron Hornaday recently took delivery of his 2009 Indian Chief Vintage at Indian Motorcycle Charlotte. Hornaday’s top-of-the-line black & burgundy Vintage was built to his specifications and features optional painted rims, black leather saddlebags and seat with fringed leather. Hornaday mentioned that one of his favorite photos is of his father, a racing legend himself, seated on an Indian Chief, just before he sold it to go into the Army.
