Indian Chieftan description

2015 Thunder Black Chieftan Indian 111 cubic inch in like-new excellent condition with only 731 miles. Always garage kept on a trickle charger and it's had its 500 mile dealer service. After years of owning Harley's I think riding this Indian is like a dream come true and the only reason I'm selling is that I just don't have room in the garage and the time due to work to ride it.

Standard equipment: ABS; Cast Aluminum Frame with Integrated Air-Box; Cruise Control; Driving Lights; Highway Bar; Keyless Start; Power Windshield; Genuine Leather Seats; Remote Locking Hard Saddle Bags; Tire Pressure Monitoring; 100 Watt Stereo with AM/FM Bluetooth and Smartphone Compatible Input

The extras I added are:
- Stage 1 Slip on exhaust- nice deep throaty sound you don't hear on the stock bike
- Six Shooter Exhaust Tips
- Removable Rider Backrest
- Removable Passenger Backrest
- Chrome Heel Shifter
- Trickle Charger
- Full Cover
- Handlebar Cell Phone Holder

I also have a transferrable ($25 fee) 5 year Tire and Wheel protection contract which reimburses for towing expenses if the bike is damaged by a road hazard. I have all the receipts and paper work reflecting it cost $24,854 new with the options.

Thank you for your time

New Delhi Auto Expo 2012 – Motorcycle Manufacturers Draw Battle Lines for World’s Second Largest Market

Mon, 09 Jan 2012

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. We’ve already looked at India-produced Royal Enfield’s new Thunderbird 500 and Hero Moto’s hybrid scooter concept which debuted at the Auto Expo, and today we’ll look at what the major international OEMs presented.
