Indian All description

1937 Indian Bobber. 1937 Indian tins and chassis with a 1947 Indian Chief motor. This bike is absolutely gorgeous and in excellent condition. Built by a long time Indian enthusiast, this bike has the best of all the Indian components. The iconic looks of the earlier bikes with the mechanical benefits of the later Chief motor. I truly believe it to be a work of art that will always continue to increase in value. The bike probably has 2000 mi. since a complete restoration/build and motor overhaul (no speedo) so an educated guess. I've had the pleasure of putting probably 500 of those miles on it since I purchased it 7 or 8 years ago. The bike rides fantastic, zero issues! I have put a new battery in it since I've owned, thats it.  Paint is unreal, reminiscent of 50's era hotrods, red with black scallops and hand painted gold pinstripes, painted black frame and wheels with subtle red pinstripes. I was told that the paint job alone was over 5K. Motor is said to have "bonneville" cams, I cannot verify this other than the fact that all the "old Indian guys" say that you would know it when you rode it! It pulls hard for an antique, so I'm guessing the cams are for real. This is a generator equipped bike that charges well and starts real easy. Little details really bring this bike alive, blood shot eyeball shifter knob, Duo-Lamp STOP brake light,  red dice key, red kicker pedal, all in all, an extremely well thought out and built classic that will turn heads WHEREVER you go! I would not hesitate to hop on this bike and ride it on a 500 mi trip.....or , park it in your living room and just admire it's beauty, up to you. Thanks for looking, happy bidding. Bid fearlessly, I have excellent feedback, you will not be disappointed!
