  • Engine SN 2081 0726, purchased used and rebuilt, but I can’t verify the level of rebuild. Good compression

  • Powder coated frame, gloss black and not factory color

  • Custom gear shifter

  • Custom foot pegs and aluminum billet brake pedal

  • Original exhaust system, dent in the right side. Rebuilt silencer repacked and powder coated

  • New grips, original handle bars powder coated, new levers, cables, throttle, and kill switch

  • New PVL ignition system with counter balance weight ($500)

  • New tires, tubes, rim locks, rubber wheel liners, and original wheels and spokes.  Black plastic spoke covers

  • Rebuilt front shocks and powder coated (35 X 47 X 10.5 double lip) 

  • Rebuilt rear Ohlin’s powder coated black and factory gold

  • New brakes front 25MM and rear 30MM

EICMA 2011 Preview: Husqvarna Nuda 900, 900R and a “Big Surprise”

Husqvarna will present its new Nuda 900R and Nuda 900 street bikes at the 2011 EICMA show, but the BMW-owned manufacturer promises to have a surprise in store. The Husqvarna Nuda 900R already made its public debut in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show, but EICMA will mark the first public appearance of the 900 version. Both models are powered by 900cc parallel Twin engines derived from BMW’s F800 engine, but the R version will have higher-spec suspension and brakes as well as various carbon fiber bits.

Long Live Two-Strokes! Husqvarna Unveil TC300 To Compete In New Two-Stroke Series

Husqvarna, which was recently acquired by, and will act as a sister company to, KTM has not given up on two-stroke technology, despite the four-stroke revolution practically overcoming the rest of motorcycling. In fact, Husqvarna is committed to advancing two-stroke technology with the introduction of its latest motorcycle, the TC300. Designed to compete in the newly formed European Motocross 300cc two-stroke championship, the TC300 is a TC250 two-stroke, upgraded to 300cc with accessories soon to be available from the Husky Power range of special parts.

2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting.
