Husqvarna TC 449 description

2012 Husqvarna TC449.

5-speed, electric start MX model.

Super clean 1-owner bike. Has approx 500 vet ridden trail miles on it. Super clean. Runs great.

Full titanium Akropovic exhaust system. Sounds great! Contains a spark arrester too!!!!!!!!

This bike is only on it's second set of tires. The originals were replaced about 2 rides ago. See pictures.

Original sprockets are in good shape. Chain is an o-ring unit that was replaced when the tires were installed.

No rust or corrosion. Never been to the sand dunes! Trail ridden only.

Plastic and graphics shine brightly. Seat does not have any rips.

White fenders each have normal little light scratches. Nothing major. Normal trail riding stuff.

Bars are straight. Grips are new.

Motor runs great! Does not have any knocks, ticks or smoke. LOW HOUR BIKE!!!!!!!

The clutch on this bike has a small amount of drag to it when at a stop with the clutch in while the bike is in gear. This is common of this model. We have seen some 449/511 that this clutch drag goes away when they get a few more miles put on them. We have had others that require a clutch plate resurfacing to cure it. It isnt really bothersome so the orignal owner felt no need to worry about it.

Rims, tires and hubs are pretty clean. See pictures.

Front forks and rear shock rebound and dampen nicely. No leaks or drips.

KBB retail on this bike is $3685, reserve is set much lower than that!

Crating and shipping is available from us at reasonable rates. Please provide your zip code via ebay message for a shipping quote or CALL BILL 503-585-1153.

2014 GEICO EnduroCross Series Kicks Off May 2

Tue, 01 Apr 2014

Fans of EnduroCross will be excited to know the 2014 season is set to get underway on May 2. Entering its 11th season of competition, two new venues will be joining the calendar, allowing more people to witness this exciting indoor off-road racing action. If you’re not familiar with it, EnduroCross tracks incorporate various elements of extreme off road racing into a Supercross-style setting, including rocks, boulders, logs, sand, mud, a water-hole…and even a few special obstacles like giant tires thrown in!  Known as the “toughest racing on two wheels,” this indoor off road racing is sometimes described as carnage on two wheels, and will certainly keep you on your feet.

2015 Husqvarna Off-Road Lineup Revealed

Fri, 27 Jun 2014

Husqvarna Motorcycles revealed its 2015 dirtbike model lineup with a number of upgrades, most noticeably the use of WP Suspension’s 4 chamber fork across the entire motocross line. Many of the updates are similar to those introduced on the 2015 KTM lineup, which should be no surprise after Husqvarna was acquired by KTM’s Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer. The 2015 motocross lineup includes the four-stroke FC250, FC350, FC450 and TC85 and the two-stroke TC125 and TC250.

1954 AJS E95 May Fetch Upwards of $750K in August Pebble Beach Auction

Wed, 18 May 2011

This uber rare 1954 AJS E95, aka The Porcupine, may become the most expensive motorcycle in the world. World-famous auction house, Bonhams, has recently announced that it will handle auctioning of an ultra-rare 1954 AJS E95 during the Pebble Beach Car Week held annually in August at the Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel, Calif. Bonhams estimates that due to the rarity of the E95 (only four were completed by British brand AJS) it may see a bid as high as $750,000.
