This is a vintage MX survivor 400CR Husky. Frame Number MJ 05409 Engine Number 2025 1101
It's completely original and appears to have had very little actual use. Normal wear areas like the engine cases/pegs/brake lever show very little wear. The bike is tight, no piston slap, I pulled the pipe and the bore looks perfect. Starts easily. Tires are like new. Original bars/grips/levers in great shape. Bars not bent. Original seat vinyl is rather hard from age but still decent. Original fenders not beat or bent. Akront shouldered rims straight and true. Spokes have a bit of rust. The tank, although someone stripped the paint off years ago is in very nice condition. The chrome knee area is in great shape. There is a small bondo spot on the top by fuel fill. Inside of tank not too bad and should clean up well. Overall, this is a very easy restoration as it's mostly cosmetic. The bike would make a great vintage racer as it's not sooo perfect that you would not want to ride it. If one was to restore it, it would mostly consist of paint work and it's a nice tight bike. Husqvarna Reveals BMW G650GS-Engined Concept Strada
Tue, 29 Nov 2011Husqvarna unveiled a new streetbike model powered by the engine from parent company BMW’s G650GS. The Husqvarna Concept Strada was int4roduced in Paris at the Salon de la Moto show. Though Husqvarna is calling the supermoto-styled Strada a concept, but the new model is near production ready, with Husqvarna expecting to begin sales in 2012, possibly as a 2013 model.
2014 GEICO EnduroCross Series Kicks Off May 2

Entering its 11th season of competition, two new venues will be joining the calendar, allowing more people to witness this exciting indoor off-road racing action. If you’re not familiar with it, EnduroCross tracks incorporate various elements of extreme off road racing into a Supercross-style setting, including rocks, boulders, logs, sand, mud, a water-hole…and even a few special obstacles like giant tires thrown in! Known as the “toughest racing on two wheels,” this indoor off road racing is sometimes described as carnage on two wheels, and will certainly keep you on your feet.
2014 LA Calendar Motorcycle Show Concourse d’ Elegance Report

Highlighting this year’s exciting activities was the emergence of another new and soon to be renown custom bike builder to the sport for which the Calendar Show is known for cultivating. Taking Best of Show in this year’s Calendar Bike Building Championship was Calin Senciac’s Imagine Vehicles International / ImagineVehicles.com motorsports fabrication shop with an incredible custom billet aluminum designed chassis built by Terry Ward and the shop crew, housing a legendary 1979 Honda CBX 1047cc air-cooled in-line 6-cylinder engine.
