Up for auction is what I believe to be 1976 Husqvarna Cross Country 250. Frame vin# ML06624 Motor # 2051-0690. bike has unbelievable compression shifts thru all the gears. cleaned the bing carb which I believe to be original put new gas in it tried to start bike it did not start I tried to jump start it it would turn over for bit before it would skid and slow down to halt. kind of hard to kick this bike over seeing that the kick start is on the left side. front brakes work well rear brakes is missing rear brake rod/cable. original owner told me he missed placed the front and side number plates that were white. front and rear shocks work well , rear tire good condition, front tire kind of worn and dry rotted but hold air. nice vintage handle bars not sure of the make. the rear rim is chrome and front is aluminum not sure which is original. see photos. gas tank has 2 small dents on each side see photos. tank is original and was flushed out before adding new gas. it is fairly clean for old bike and has never been creamed. seat has some rips see photos but is original. Preston petty front fender. this is a very rare bike I have not be able to find one to compare this with. bike will need new air filter as the old one was all dried out and no good . easy resto for such a great vintage rare bike. I will do all I can to answer any questions you have I don't know too much about this bike. although this bike is going to need work I priced accordingly with low reserve. |

2012 Husqvarna TC/CR Motocross Models Announced
