Hard to find, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN, ALL ORIGINAL OEM, ORIGINAL OWNER, Honda XR-650-R !! I am the original owner, purchased locally. You will see this bike is absolutely like new! Then bike has NEVER had any problems and has NEVER been modified, or worked on. I have never taken the bike out of town or even trailered it. I have ridden it only 5 times, directly from my house, and it has always been garaged. You can see from the pictures how clean and like new the bike actually is. Everything is original, from the grips to the tires. Look at the engine oil and radiator fluid, clean as the first day I purchased it. Stickers are still on the plastics, and you can even see the OEM white grease on the chain! The bike has been stored in my garage with the fuel drained from the fuel tank and carburetor for the past 3 years. Suzuka Eight Hour capers
Mon, 05 Sep 2011Chatting to TT legend John McGuiness recently about his first Suzuka Eight Hour experience got me thinking of a few capers the boys and me managed a few years back at what is still Japan's most important race of the season. It is a unique event that starts at 11am and finishes at 7pm making it a pukka endurance race as the last hour is run with headlights on in the dark. It is essentially an eight hour sprint that showcases the trickest endurance machinery and manufacturer’s sales can be affected the following year depending on who wins or loses.

One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
Pedrosa: most wins, least successful
Wed, 11 May 2011Should Dani Pedrosa win at Le Mans this coming weekend he will become the most successful rider In the premier-class not to win the coveted title. After his triumph in Estoril the Repsol Honda rider currently finds himself on 13 wins and in joint first and a win, at a circuit that sees him rank as one of riders with the most victories in all classes, would make him a clear leader. Joining Pedrosa at the top of the ranking is Max Biaggi and Randy Mamola, two riders who became associated with the number two.
