Honda Valkyrie description

1997 Honda Valkyrie GL1500CTW, 1997 Honda Valkyries 1520cc 6cylinder I've had this bike for about eight years and loved every minute of it. This has been a great bike to cruise around on. I'm selling it to get a dual sport that I can take up north to the cabin. In the eight years that i've had it, i've had no mechanical issues. Only things i've done is the custom paint job and routine maintenace. Runs on synthetic oil. It has newer brakes, tires, and battery. It does come with the Outlaw helmet and highway pegs. There are no tears in the seats or the saddle bags. It does have a small scratch on the rear fender as you can see in the pic. Easy touchup. The bike has 40,500 miles. $5,000.00 8152627711

Japan Needs Your Help

Thu, 17 Mar 2011

By now, we’ve all seen pictures and video of the devastation in Japan following the March 11 earthquake and the ensuing tsunamis. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees  and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.

Stuck for a gift? Solution No3: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki merchandise

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

After the excesses of KTM and Harley's gifts ranges, Hondas seems tame. But even the sober Japanese firm has a handful of oddities in its line-up. The Japanese have been accused of imitating in the past, and Honda's incorporation of a baby's dummy in its official accessories catalogue mimics KTM's 'Silencer-System Mini Pro'.

Yamaha Planning Sub-$500 Model to Undercut Honda Dream Yuga

Fri, 25 May 2012

Not long after Honda launched its ultra low-cost Dream Yuga in India, Yamaha announced it is considering a new own model that will be nearly 40% cheaper. The 109cc Dream Yuga is Honda‘s latest weapon in the battle for India’s 13-million unit per year motorcycle market. Priced at 44,642 Indian rupees (US$806), the Dream Yuga is the most affordable Honda model available in India.
