This bike has been babied since I bought it new in 2010!! There is absolutly nothing wrong with the bike, it runs and rides great. The bike sounds awesome with Hard Chrome pipes installed. I installed the Hypercharger last year and jetted the bike, It runs great. I do not run the snot out of my vehicles. I really do not want to sell it but need to move soon and have to get it off my credit!!! I never thought i'd sell her but here I am. Honda finance has the lein. Gresini Promotes Moto2 Pilot Pirro to Ride CRT Machine in 2012 MotoGP Championship
Mon, 05 Dec 2011Gresini announced the re-signing of racer Michele Pirro, with a promotion from the Moto2 class to the premiere MotoGP class. Pirro raced for Gresini in the Moto2 class in 2011, finishing ninth overall with a third place finish and a victory in the season-ending Valencia round. For 2012, Pirro will compete in the MotoGP class riding a CRT bike with an FTR chassis and a Honda CBR1000RR engine.
2012 Honda NC700X Recalled in Canada
Wed, 19 Sep 2012Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2012 Honda NC700X and (Edit: the recall now includes the NC700S, which is also available in Canada). At this point, the recall is only for the X model and only in Canada, but a similar recall may come from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the U.S.-spec Honda NC700X. According to Transport Canada, the outer plates on the links of the drive chain may not have received proper heat treatment.
Stoner Pulls Back, Skips Day 1 of Honda MotoGP Testing at Sepang
Tue, 31 Jan 2012Reigning MotoGP Champion Casey Stoner pulled his back during his morning stretches leaving teammate Dani Pedrosa to fly the Repsol Honda colors on the first day of the MotoGP pre-season test at Mayalsia’s Sepang circuit. As Stoner received treatment for his back, Pedrosa put in 48 laps to lead all riders. Riding the Honda RC213V, Pedrosa’s best lap time was 2:02.003, making him second fastest on the day behind only Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo and his 2:01.657 time.
