2006 Honda Vfr on 2040-motos
Honda VFR tech info
Honda VFR description
This bike was bought for my son to do touring with our friends and me. He left for graduate school in 2011 and after school moved to another state. I have finally come to understand that he is not going to be around to ride with me very often, and the bike deserves a good home. I hope that whomever buys it will do some great tours in the mountains, because that is what this bike does best.

Moriwaki MD250 - the stink wheel eradicator
Tue, 31 Aug 2010This beautiful motorcycle is the Moriwaki MD250 road racer, the replacement for 125cc two-strokes in MotoGP come 2012. The alloy beam chassis houses Honda’s diminutive CRF250X uni-cam motor, normally seen wearing long travel suspension and knobbly tyres. The quick revving liquid cooled four-stroke motor offers electric-start convenience and a maintenance schedule that most two-stroke racers can only dream of.
2013 European Junior Cup to Use Honda CBR500R
Wed, 14 Nov 2012As expected, Honda announced its new CBR500R sportbike will be featured in the 2013 European Junior Cup, a single-spec racing series that competes at European rounds of the World Superbike Championship. We saw this coming when Honda announced it would supply an all new sportbike for the European Junior Cup, but the news wasn’t official until after Honda unveiled the CBR500R alongside its siblings the CB500F and CB500X at the 2012 EICMA Show. Plus this also gives us an excuse to run a 39-picture gallery of the new CBR500R after the jump.
Hero MotoCorp Reveals RNT 150 Turbo Direct Injection Diesel Concept
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Hero MotoCorp revealed a new scooter concept powered by a 150cc turbocharged direct injection diesel engine. And if that isn’t unique enough, the concept is also two-wheel drive, with an electric motor in the front wheel hub. It’s too soon to know when the Hero RNT 150 TDI concept will ever make it to serial production, but the scooter does represent a technological show of force, proving that Hero can carry on its own research and development following its split from longtime partner Honda.
