1976 Honda TL250 Trials Bike Original Survivor
If you know anything about Trials bikes, especially vintage ones, you know they have usually lived very hard lives, and they show it. It's not very often you find a 40 year old trials bike in this great of shape. Bike starts up first or second kick, and runs like a dream. This is probably one of the best running bikes I have owned and it pains me to sell it. I bought this bike to keep in my collection, but things have changed, and I have to let it go. It has had a recent oil change, as well as a new sprocket and chain installed, however I have kept the original chain and sprocket, incase you would like to have it. This bike came out of Utah, and was last registered in 1979. If you have any other questions please feel free to call/text 727-735-2243, or send me a message here. The bike comes with a Bill-of-Sale only. Bike is sold AS-IS with no warranty or claims of any kind. This is a 40 year old motorcycle, and you are responsible for having the bike inspected before purchase and or riding the bike. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction ending. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fee's, I will do my best to assist any way I can. Took a video of the startup, drive by, and walk around.

Back in the day, the All Japan 500cc Championship at Tsukuba
Fri, 24 Jun 2011This ‘you tube’ gem sent to me recently brought back some funny memories from the scary but incredibly exciting days of 500cc two stroke racing. This particular race was the final round of the All Japan 500cc Championship at Tsukuba Circuit where I enjoyed a head to head battle with national hero Tadahiko Taira. Yamaha’s favourite son at the time, ‘tie wrap’ as we liked to call him, was taller and better looking than most Japanese riders (maybe a war baby?) and went on to win nearly everything in Japan during his career.

Team Mugen managed to break the 100mph barrier but fell short to the race winner Michael Rutter who rode the MotoCzysz E1PC.
