Honda ST 1100 description

This is a 1 owner ST1100 with just over 12,000 original miles.  The bike looks and runs great.  It was originally red, but I had it painted with the current black and satin black PanEuro color scheme back in 2011.  It is a very high quality Duron automotive paint job.  It has a Corbin Rumble seat.  There is one scratch on one of the side saddles which has been touched up where i scraped against it with one of my other bikes.  These bikes are known to run well over 100,000 miles and it is the ideal touring bike for someone who wants a performance tourer but doesn't want to spend a lot of money.  I've done some modifications to allow for a GPS mount and a 12V charger port in one of the compartments.

That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.

Classic Off-Road Bikes Featured in Braving Baja: 1,000 Miles to Glory Exhibition

Sat, 06 Apr 2013

Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.

Rumored 2013 Honda CBR500, CB500 Captured in Spy Photos

Wed, 12 Sep 2012

Spy photos have emerged out of Thailand depicting two new Honda motorcycles reputed to be a new CBR500 and a second, naked version, possibly to be named a CB500. The photos were posted on the CBR250.net forum by someone claiming to have inside knowledge of the new 500cc Honda models which would be produced in Thailand where the CBR250R is currently manufactured. The faired version is equipped with dual headlights like the Honda CBR600RR instead of the VFR1200-derived Y-shaped light used on the CBR250R and its smaller siblings the CBR125R and CBR150 offered in some markets.
