Up for auction is a complete 1971 Honda SL 125. I bought this locally from someone who pulled it out of a garage that it had been sitting in since the late 80's. The plates expired in 1989. It appears all there and all original. I believe one exhaust heat shield and an SL125 emblem on one of the side covers is missing. Wheels appear straight, no missing spokes, tires hold air. I bought this to use for a cool small displacement cafe type bike. I looked for awhile to find one that was complete and had a clear title + keys. If you've ever dealt with "lost" titles, bonded titles, etc, then you know that just having a title, keys, etc is worth saving several headaches! The gas tank is rusted, but the bike overall has a nice patina/original look to it. It doesn't fire-up or turn-over at all. Please ask if there are any questions! Wed, 25 Aug 2010In my youth I used to spend hours with my mates pulling stoppies on our mountain bikes and then proceeding to hop on the front wheel for as long as we could or replicating the tricks we'd see our trials heroes perform. But the idea of doing this on a Honda Fireblade is puzzling, but stunt rider Odair Salmazo has it cracked.
