Honda Rebel description

Yes, the bike has been painted pink metal flake!  The inside of the tank has been sealed.  We added the windshield, drink holder, air horns, and saddle bags and wired it for CB. The saddle bags are hard plastic and lock. We took front turn signals from a parts-bike and placed them on the rear for extra visibility.

My husband bought this motorcycle in the fall of 1992. It has been garage kept since.   I am selling it now due to aging parents and new grandchildren; I simply don’t have the time to ride it. I have logged over 25K miles on it in the last 20 years.

Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.

EICMA 2011 Preview: 2012 Honda Crosstourer Headed for Production

Thu, 20 Oct 2011

Honda announced it will mass produce the Crosstourer adventure tourer unveiled first in concept form at the 2010 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. The 2012 Honda Crosstourer will use a V4 engine similar to the one used in the VFR1200F and will also be available with Honda’s dual clutch transmission. Long-travel suspension adds to the adventure touring theme, but the Crosstourer is still more suited to paved roads than dirt.
