You are bidding on one of the most perfict st1100 that I have found. Iooked for a long time for one of these bikes so my wife and I could do some traveling. I found this one about 3mo. ago and have spent the time on going over it. It is in beautiful cond with so few scrapes on that it really isnt worth noting . Although for full disclosure the crash wings on both sides show that it has fell over. They do a good job of protecting the fairing and there are no scrapes on the bodywork. I have installed LED running lights that are great. I just bought a Corbin two piece seat for it and installed a trailer hitch for a UNIGO trailer. The reason that I am selling is that my wife has become ill and cannot travel. We are in our 70s so I guess that isn't that unusual but qutie a blow anyway. You can bid with confidence on this great bike, all the fluids are fresh and new brake pads, new tires. If any questions just ask. Please no scammers I may be old but not stupid. Hero Honda Rebranded as Hero MotoCorp
Tue, 09 Aug 2011Honda’s former joint venture in India has officially rebranded itself as Hero MotoCorp, revealing the company’s new logo and signaling the beginning of a new era for India’s largest motorcycle manufacturer. Formerly known as Hero Honda, the joint venture claims a share of nearly half of India’s two-wheeled vehicle market. Honda decided in late 2010 to end its 27-year partnership with India’s Hero Motors, buying out its 26% share for $855 million, about half the market price at the time.
Day 2 Dakar 2014: Sunderland Wins First Special Stage
Mon, 06 Jan 2014Honda won the second day of competition with Team HRC’s Sam Sunderland claiming victory in the first special stage of this year’s Dakar. Sunderland has had a frustrating time at previous Dakars, dropping out after three days of racing in 2012 and withdrawing a month before last year’s event due to fracturing both his wrists. Today, however, Sunderland made a grand entrance into the club of elite riders by brilliantly winning his first special stage of this year’s Dakar. Having started well behind his teammate, Joan Barreda, the 23-year old Brit superbly overtook Michael Metge and Juan Pedrero on the first part of the route.
Second Annual Cirkus of Speed By Öhlins Suspension
