For sale is a running 1972 XL-250. Tag will need to be renewed. Along with the bike are 2 non-running 72 XL-250's, 2 motors(unsure of cond.), 1 pair of forks,  3 containers of parts, front and rear wheels and 2 extra exhausts. Everything is to be "Pick-up" only, please. I am selling all my motorcycle items due to age and ailments.... The running XL-250 will need some attention to carb/motor, it has sat in the garage since purchase last year. The other 2 bikes need extensive work. Any questions will be addressed thru e-bay or contact 302-489-nine-three-one-eight.

Title is clear and in my possession, service manual and all remaining paperwork will go with bike. All original parts for running bike are included (shocks, pegs,etc)

James Bond’s Honda CRF450R from Skyfall Raises $162,000 for Charity

The modified Honda CRF450R ridden by Daniel Craig in the James Bond film “Skyfall” was sold at auction, raising 101,400 British pounds (US$162,440) for charity. Featured in the opening chase scene of “Skyfall”, the heavily modified Honda CRF450R received 67 bids from 40 potential suitors by the time the auction ended Nov. 22.

Honda pulled the covers off a new streetbike series aimed at younger, shorter riders. The Honda CTX700 represents the first in a new series from Honda combining the three tenets of Comfort, Technology and Experience. It’s a platform “specifically engineered to make motorcycling more approachable, affordable and fun than ever before.” Our own Troy Siahaan is at the CTX700 models’ launch in Chicago and will have a full first-hand report next week, but for now here’s a quick look at Honda’s new streetbikes.

A real Monster of a bike

The bike above was once a Ducati Monster S4. It was restyled by Italian custom builder Ferruccio Codutti who took a year crafting the look out for aluminium for one of his customers. Ignoring the grotesque nose, Codutti's work is impressive as the front end was made by the man himself.
