Honda Other description

Honda ST1300 in very good condition, never crashed.  Non-ABS, but it has the power windshield. Typical scuff marks on the saddle bags from boots hitting them while getting on and off the bike (I tried to take pics).  17,800 miles (mileage will change as I ride the bike daily).  I would list all the specs on the bike, but if you are looking at ST's than you probably know them already.

Recent oil change and all other fluids changed within the past 12 months.  Runs great, 42-46 MPG.  I bought the bike less than 2 years ago with 4K miles on it.  I commute about 50 miles round trip and use the bike when it is dry (I have a car for rain, snow, hot, cold weather).  I've been riding for almost 40 years and this is one of the best all round bikes I have ever owned. My wife recently picked up a Can Am Spyder and now the garage is cramped.

I can help deliver the bike up to 200 miles at $1/mile above 50 miles.

I have the bike listed locally for sale and reserve the right to end the auction early.

Please call or e-mail with any questions.

Honda Reports Q3 2011-2012 Results

Tue, 31 Jan 2012

Honda reported a 41% decrease in net income over the third quarter, thanks primarily to the rising Japanese yen, continuing effects from the Japanese earthquake and floods in Thailand interrupting automobile production. Thanks to recovering auto sales and growing motorcycle sales in emerging markets, Honda reported a net profit of 47.6 billion yen (US$624 million) in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011.

Parrish's predictions for Silverstone MotoGP

Fri, 18 Jun 2010

I'm at Silverstone for the British MotoGP and Steve Parrish spoke to us all about his predictions for the podium. Parrish has gone for Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa to take the top three spots and spray the bubbly at the end of the race. Not too sure on his call though as I think Dani will be riding on a high after winning at Mugello and surely the speedy Spaniard will take full advantage and wring the neck of the Honda at the (supposedly) high speed Silverstone Circuit.

Introducing the Extrigger: Suzuki’s Electric Answer to the Honda Grom

Tue, 29 Oct 2013

Suzuki announced it will present a new electric mini-bike concept at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. The new concept will be called the Extrigger which is a combination of the words Electric Crossover and Trigger. At first glance, it’s easy to see the resemblance between the Suzuki Extrigger and the Honda Grom.
