Interstate package was taken from a 2000 model, even th wiring harness was pre-owned. Lower fairings could not be pre-owned because they mount to the radiator . The top of the radiator had to be tipped out to make space for the blower pully. A wider and taller wind scren was added and a chrome radiator cover. Dynojet test results were 139.3 horsepower 4,3000 rpm Max . torque was 124.four feet. lbs. at 6,400 rpm Dyno test was done on 11/14/2005. Bike still has original tires. 2013 Honda CBR500, CB500R and CB500X Spied in Commercial Shoot
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Spy photographers have captured Honda‘s new three-bike 500-series in the midst of filming for a commercial at the Piazza Garibaldi in Naples, Italy. The images, published on Il Centro, reveal Honda‘s new sportbike-styled CBR500, the naked CB500R which we first revealed in September, as well as an adventure-styled model bearing the name CB500X. The three new models are expected to share the same engine, believed to be a 470cc parallel twin.

Hero Moto Unveils Leap Hybrid Scooter Concept, Claims 235 MPG
Fri, 06 Jan 2012Indian manufacturer and former Honda partner Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new hybrid scooter prototype at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The Hero Leap runs on a series hybrid powertrain with the battery-powered electric motor providing most of the power and the gasoline engine acting as a range extender, charging the battery and supplying power when the battery runs low. Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.
