Honda Other description

I have a 1982 Honda Gl500 Silverwing. It has just over 27K+ miles on it and it will continue to change as it is my daily driver. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this bike. All the lamps work, horn, brand new tires, and the motor still runs strong. Just did an oil change and changed the spark spark plugs at 27,400 mis. Its gets about 50mpg. This is a single seat bike. There is a nice convenient trunk where a passenger seat would be. Will consider any trade for another bike or a car or truck. Preferably a manual transmission.. There is nothing wrong with this bike other than some beauty marks (paint) and is priced as such. Doesnt look too bad for a 30 yr old bike. Runs like itright out of the factory. The saddle bags pictured and mirrors are not included. I have the original mirrors instead. No test rides without a motorcycle license and cash in my hand, but you're more than welcome to come look for free. Clean and clean title in hand.Txt Forest @

When it’s minus nine outside, riding motorbikes should be the last thing on any sane person’s mind. Riding them off-road, nearly two thousand feet above sea level seems even more stoopid. But that’s where I was a week last Saturday.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Atlanta Results

Mon, 27 Feb 2012

Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak was snapped, KTM scored its second series win and Cole Seely impressed as an injury replacement for Trey Canard as the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship landed in Atlanta, Ga. Racing for the American Honda Muscle Milk team, Seely nabbed the holeshot and led the opening seven laps before finally being overtaken by Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto had a poor start by his standards, finishing the first lap in sixth place.

WSBK 2013: Phillip Island Race Report

Mon, 25 Feb 2013

Max Biaggi who? The Roman Emperor’s retirement after winning the 2012 World Superbike Championship marked the end of an era for Aprilia, with the 2013 campaign marking the first without Biaggi since the Italian manufacturer came back to the WSBK scene with the RSV4. If Aprilia misses its two-time WSBK Champion, it sure didn’t show it with a dominating display at the 2013 season opener in Australia.
