Honda Other tech info
Honda Other description
I purchased it as my first bike and something to work on. It still needs
some work but I have done a lot to it. Brand new tires with less than
100 miles on them accel ignition coil engine was just rebuilt with new
valve seals and gaskets honed cylinder walls. New throttle cables, new
master brake cylinder with rebuilt caliper and new brakes. it needs a
headlight (current one is slightly crooked) fork seals air filters and
exhaust has only header with straight pipes. I just no longer have the
means to work on it and must sadly part with the bike. It could be a
good winter project for someone looking for a bobber or to tinker on and
get ready for the spring. Any further inquiries please e-mail me and I will be happy to answer them for you. I will take payment via pay pal and the bike would need to be picked up if purchased unless local I will be able to deliver.

FIM to Revise WSBK Homologation Requirements
Fri, 17 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation is considering modifying its homologation requirements for the World Superbike Championship following Bimota‘s somewhat surprising plans to re-enter the series. Under current regulations, manufacturers must produce a minimum number of motorcycles for it to be eligible to compete in the production-based WSBK championship. The official regulations currently require a minimum of 125 units produced for an initial homologation inspection, 500 units produced by June 30 of the current year, 1,000 units by the end of the current year and 2,000 units by the end of the following year.
See the CBR250 in Action [video]
Wed, 15 Dec 2010You’ve read the review from India, the technical report from the U.S., and even took a look at the Canadian unveiling. Now you can see Honda’s brand new CBR250R in action in a video. Honda put together a video that is clearly aimed at new riders, but it gives us our first shots of the thumper taking on the tarmac.
Would you pay £115,000 for this?
Mon, 25 Oct 2010A HONDA NR750 - one of the most hi-tech production motorcycles ever built - is up for grabs on eBay with an asking price of £115,000.The bike was produced in the early 1990s by Honda to showcase the company's engineering skills; a 32-valve, oval piston V4 engine, Carbon Fibre Composite bodywork and titanium-tinted screen are just some of the revolutionary features that warranted the bike's £37,000 original price tag. This particular 1993 model has covered 5000 miles from new - quite a few for a bike with such a heady price tag. We'd have expected it to come with delivery mileage only. It's being sold by an Essex-based dealer who describes the bike as 'IMMACULATE'.
