1973 Honda TL 125, I bought this motorcycle from the estate of the original owner who was a friend of mine. It had been sitting in a heated garage for several decades. I had it running in 2006 but decided last fall to get a complete nine month frame-off restoration at a well known restoration shop in Ohio. No expense was spared in this restoration which cost in excess of $4500. The 4-stroke engine was also rebuilt and always starts on the first kick. I realize that this is expensive for this bike, but if you want most likely the best example on the planet of a Honda TL 125, Honda's first production Trials motorbike, this is it. Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results
Fri, 07 Jun 2013James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.

Wed, 27 Apr 2011The MotoGP circus moves into it's tenth appearance at the Estoril circuit, with the Portugease circuit playing host to a Grand Prix event in each of the previous nine years since the introduction of the four-stroke MotoGP formula at in 2002. Below is a reminder of the highlights of the previous nine MotoGP races held at Estoril: 2002 – Having won the last 500cc GP race at Estoril in 2001, Valentino Rossi (Honda) won the first of the MotoGP races held at the circuit. This was a race that was run in very wet conditions and Sete Gibernau had led for most of the race only to crash out with four laps to go.
