1984 Honda Magna 700 in EXCELLENT CONDITION

You Know This Bike
Born from the same family as the famous 1100cc Honda Magna V65 which in its day was the fastest production motorcycle on the planet.
Super smooth liquid cooled V4 engine with 10,500RPM redline and PLENTY of torque.
6-speed transmission with hydraulic clutch.
Virtually maintenance free shaft drive.
Front dual disc brakes and rear drum brake provide positive stopping power.
Adjustable TRAC system (Torque Reactive Anti-dive Control).
Thick padded seat and pull back handlebars guarantee a comfortable, upright riding position.

You Want This Bike
Garage kept and looks like it just came off the showroom floor.
No dings, no scratches, no fading.  Decals are glossy and bright as new.
No rust, no pitting or oxidation.  All chrome and aluminum clean and shiny.
Front forks and fork seals in excellent condition.
No splits or tears in seat upholstery.  Rubber inserts in foot pegs in excellent condition.
All lettering on hand controls and dash is in perfect condition with no signs of weathering.

Serviced and Ready To Ride
Bike was fully serviced 6/10/15 by Atlanta Motorcycle Works (specialists in restoration and care of vintage Japanese motorcycles dating from the 60's, 70's, and 80's).
Services performed included complete 24-point inspection of all mechanical and electrical systems (including brakes, tires, and battery), replace engine oil and filter, replace differential oil, flush and replace radiator fluid, flush and replace brake fluid, test drive both before services performed and after services completed.
Bike has been ridden very little after these services were completed, however bike has always been garage kept and engine run on regular basis to "keep the juices flowing" and preserve battery condition.

AMA Pro Flat Track Stars to Face Off in Ride Academy “Race of Legends”

When the AMA Flat Track stars of today compete at the spring Springfield Mile, May 26 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, they will be joined by the stars of the past, taking part in the “Ride of Legends“. Hosted by the Illinois Motorcycle Dealers Association and Ride Academy, a riding school founded by multiple Grand National race winner Mike Hacker, the “Ride of Legends” exhibition race will feature several other past Grand National event winners racing each other on Honda dirt bikes. Joining Hacker will be Jay Springsteen, Joe Kopp, Rich King, Ronnie Jones, Steve Beattie, Steve Moorehead and Chris Carr.

Kendall Norman and Cody Quinn are starring in a new YouTube video series produced by Red Bull, featuring the two multiple-time Baja winners preparing for the 2011 Baja 1000. The two riders teamed up with Hollywood stunt rider Logan Holladay to win the 2011 Baja 1000 for the JCR Honda team in November. To prepare for the competition, Norman, a six-time Baja 1000 and Baja 500 champion, and Quinn, four-time Baja 1000 winner, rode  Honda CRF450Xs on a 12-day, 2800-mile off-road trip exploring the terrain between San Diego and Baja.

Bradl Staying with LCR Honda for 2014 MotoGP Season

The LCR Honda announced Stefan Bradl has signed a one-year contract extension with Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) that will see the German rider return with the team for the 2014 MotoGP season. Bradl won the 2012 MotoGP Rookie of the Year award with the LCR Honda squad and currently sits sixth in the 2013 championship standings after earning his first career MotoGP-class podium with a second-place result at Laguna Seca. The 2011 Moto2 champion will continue to receive factory support from HRC while racing for Lucio Cecchinello’s LCR squad.
