Honda Interceptor description

Relisting due to a non-paying bidder, if you have 0 feedback please contact me before bidding on item.

This is a great example of what a 2004 Honda VFR800 Interceptor should be. I have always maintained this bike as well as the previous owner. Always been adult owned and ridden, Never been abused. I truly love this bike and it puts a smile on my face every time I take it out of the garage. However, the time has come to part with a few of my toys an utilize money on other things. The VFR has 13,444 miles currently, The bike has never been down while riding, But has fallen lightly on the right side in the garage while I was changing the oil once. I have included pictures of the minor scratches when the bike did take a light tumble.

I have the Honda Factory service manual, Factory tool kit, and most the parts that came from the bike stock that have been replaced by aftermarket. The VFR will come with both factory keys as well.

I have quality modifications installed to make the riding experience as enjoyable as possible. The modifications are as follows:

New DID chain and newer Michelin road pilot 2 tires

New thermostat, new fan switch, and fresh Honda coolant

Power Comander III USB & O2 eliminators

Competition Werkes fender eliminator

Bags Connection Day Pack II tank bag with tank ring quick connect

 Kaoko throttle lock

Partially gutted stock exhaust and a K&N air filter

 Zero Gravity Smoked double bubble

If you have any questions or would like to come by and take a look at the bike please feel free to message me through Ebay and I will get back with you ASAP.

Did you get your bike serviced at George White Slough?

Thu, 18 Aug 2011

Unfortunately, The George White branch at Slough has closed which means the sales, clothing and servicing departments are all gone. I got to know a few of the guys there as they're local to me and helped put my 848 Challenge bike together. If you used to get your bike serviced there, you might wonder where you can now go to get it done.

Dan Gurney’s Two-wheeled Terror at IMS

Tue, 09 Dec 2008

When the Gurney Alligator A6 made its debut in 2002, the world saw a glimpse of a new concept in sport motorcycles. Long, low, quick and efficient like its namesake, the ’Gator was like nothing we’d seen before. The bike was the brainchild of Dan Gurney, the legendary F1 and Le Mans winning driver and championship-winning sports car builder.
