Honda Gold Wing description

Up for sale is this 2002 Honda Goldwing GL 1800 Roadsmith trike by trike shop. This is a brand new Roadsmith 1800 conversion for the Goldwing GL 1800. The Roadsmith HT1800 is an independent suspension conversion and has a great ride. These conversions come standard with independent suspension, disc brakes, automotive grade heavy duty driveshaft and CV joints, true track stabilizer bar, alloy wheels, carpeted trunk, and a trailer hitch. The HT1800 is also approximately 8" longer  than most of the other trike conversions giving it a smoother and more stable ride. With almost 40 years in the trike business, the trike shop has one of the finest trike conversions on the market. Every Roadsmith trike is manufactured with quality materials and the craftsmanship is in a league of its own. The Roadsmith trike conversions are covered by a full 3 year/ 1,000,000 warranty.

This trike has also been equipped with a 6 degree steering rake kit (EZ steer) and roadsmiths wing guard running boards. It also has the rear chrome wheel upgrade!

The bike itself is a really nice 2002 Honda Goldwing GL1800 with only 43,000 miles. It is illusion red in color and looks awesome! It has all of the standard Goldwing options including:reverse, am/fm radio, driver to passenger intercom system, cruise control, adjustable headlight beam, and adjustable windshield.

Lots of add one and accessories have been added on to this trike including:the lower fog light kit, chrome lower cowl, chrome mirror accent trim, kuryakyn grips, chrome side cover accents, billet chrome luggage rack, lighted rear spoiler, and chrome rear fender trim.

Someone is Takin' the Mick

Thu, 30 Sep 2010

Pull out the slippers and plant yourself in front of a log fire and let Mick Grant talk you through his racing career. With a foreword from our Whit', the book details Granty's life from his Yorkshire roots through to all of his seven TT wins and the intense rivalry with Barry Sheene in the 1970s. Don't judge the book by it's cover, it's not a disaster like the out-of-focus oval-pistoned Honda NR500 but a good read.

Actual Motorcycle or My Little Pony Character?

Thu, 29 Nov 2012

1 of 6Next Last A little while ago, we published a review of a motorcycle Honda produces for the Indian market called the Unicorn Dazzler. Yes, that’s the actual name of a production motorcycle designed by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, a Honda subsidiary. In his review of the 150cc motorcycle, Rajeev Gaikwad said the Honda Unicorn Dazzler was “a handsome commuter with an enthusiastic and proven engine” though it was underwhelming in terms of performance and handling as the higher-priced successor to the regular Honda Unicorn also sold in India.

Sheepish Maverick Vinales Returns to Blusens, Issues Apology

Tue, 23 Oct 2012

A contrite Maverick Vinales has returned to the Blusens Avintia Moto3 team days after his brash, and admittedly hasty departure at this past weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix. The FTR Honda rider quit the Blusens team on Oct. 10, returning home from Sepang without once hitting the track.
