Honda Gold Wing description
This is a very nice touring bike. It is in Great Condition and has low mileage. A new battery was put on it a week ago. We have always kept it garaged. The bike runs very well and smooth. We still take it out on small runs from time to time so mileage may change a bit on it. It does have a cover that it comes with. It has a nice pinstriping detail that may be hard to see in the pictures. The bike has working radio and cassette player and intercom system but it does not come with headsets. It doesnt have cb or gps nor does this bike have reverse.If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will try to answer all questions promptly. A $500 deposit is required at auction end by winning bidder to paypal the rest to be paid withing 3 days of auction end. We ask that the bike be picked up in person for we wont be delivering or shipping this item. We have clear title in hand. You are welcome to make arrangements to come see the bike if you would like. I had shared my impressions of some of the upgrades to the new Wing in blog posts earlier in the week (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3), but these focused mostly on some comfort and convenience updates and the bike’s ability to eat up open stretches of pavement. But on this day we put the Wing to a completely different test: the Tail of the Dragon, US 129 in North Carolina.
Honda Zoomer X Prototype – New Ruckus Concept Revealed in Thailand
Wed, 28 Mar 2012Honda Thailand unveiled a new prototype at the 2012 Bangkok International Motor Show showcasing the next generation of the Ruckus scooter. Known as the Zoomer in other markets, the Honda Ruckus is probably best known for its non-traditional scooter styling, with the usual tiny tires and wasp-like body replaced by a fat rubbers and exposed tube frame. The Honda Zoomer X maintains the original’s rugged-looking tires but instead of the exposed tubes, the Zoomer X has a boxy-looking structure, though like the original the space under the seat is exposed to the elements, so if you want to store something there you might have to break out the bungee cords.
