Superb restoration of a 1971 Honda CT70. This is one awesome machine…..the heartbeat has been upgraded to a brand new LIFAN 125cc 4 speed automatic motor. Nothing was spared on this restoration, it is absolutely beautiful !!! All parts that needed to be replaced were NOS Honda parts or exact reproductions. This is basically a brand new CT70…..again with the exception of the power-plant…..which gives this bike the edge over any CT70 pit bike or trail rider out there. Imagine bombing around the moto-cross pits, your retirement community, your campground or around town…..this thing moves and turns heads at every stop !! It is street legal and currently registered, plated and on the road. One kick and she fires right up…..super smooth, super reliable…..everything works and is 100% on this bike. In the winter months, this bike sits on display in my office……let me tell you…..my employees and clients can’t stop talking about or checking out this piece of Honda history. Repsol to Sponsor 15-Year-Old Female Racer
Wed, 22 Feb 2012Spanish oil company and frequent racing sponsor Repsol has reportedly close to signing 15-year-old Red Bull Rookies Cup racer Maria Herrera to its stable of riders. Herrera, the 2011 Mediterranean PreGP Champion, is the first female racer to be selected to compete in the Red Bull Rookies Cup, a youth racing series held jointly with the MotoGP tour. Herrera also trains with MotoGP racer Alvaro Bautista.
Stoner Tests Honda RCV1000R MotoGP Production Racer
Thu, 03 Oct 2013Retired two-time MotoGP Champion Casey Stoner returned to the track this week to test Honda‘s RC213V racer as well as the company’s new RCV1000R production racer at the Twin Ring Motegi circuit in Japan. This was Stoner’s first test on the production racer after rain cut short a previous test session in August. The weather again threatened to derail Honda’s testing plans, wiping out the first day of the two-day test but Stoner was able to finally able to put in some laps on the production racer and came away impressed.
