Up for Sale is a 1963 Honda CL72 250cc Scrambler motorcycle. Clear title. It was a one owner machine. Parked in 1978. 8,667 Original miles. Looks to be all original except for the hand grips and mirror . A true unrestored survivor bike. Frame # CL72-310423. Engine # CL72E-310425. The carburetors where cleaned, new fuel line,spark plugs, battery, gas tank flushed. Bike Starts up and runs good. No Smoke, Shifts through the gears. Both front and rear brakes work. All of the electronics work. Overall in very good original condition. Paint overall does show wear (see pictures). No dents in the tank, inside is clean. Tires have lots of tread left, no dry rot. Fenders have no dents. Seat is a bit stiff. Comes with the original toolkit. Clear title. A very nice original example CL72 Scrambler. You receive what is pictured. Recall for 2008-2010 Honda ST1300
Mon, 18 Jul 2011Honda is recalling certain 2009-2010 ST1300 sport touring motorcycles due to a risk of a brake fluid leakage. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the pre-formed hose supplying fluid from the rear brake reservoir to the rear brake master cylinder is routed in a way that puts it at risk of damage. When the Honda ST1300 is heavily loaded and ridden over rough surfaces, the rear suspension may bottom out, causing the hose to contact the swingarm.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.
