A 77 year old gentleman who refused to let it go for 16 years but I guess it was my luck to purchase this glorious machine. I have traveled 4.5 hours to get this bike. I have been looking for a 1982 Supersport Pro Link edition for a while. As a result of unfortunate events in my family, I have to relocate back home around June,2014 and I have decided to only take my 77 goldwing with me...my loss your gain The previous owner has rebuilt the carbs, changed out the valve cover gasket, filters, oil on a regular basis. I performed the "alternator noise fix" and checked all filters to make sure everything is 100%. 1 problem is that the horn does not work and i will check the connections once I have some time. The bike runs and rides very good. I ride it to work (40 mile round trip) and never a hickup. It does take 5-6 turns to start up when it is very cold out. It has 15,600 miles and I suggest checking to see if valves need adjusted when it hits 20,000 miles. Included with the sale is the repair manual booklet, a clean TN title, user manual, misc left-over parts from preventative maintenance that he did and a matching Honda Supersport helmet (XL) I am pricing the bike at $6000 or I can take a trade for a good condition 1995+ ext cab toyota tacoma pickup (5 speed only) I prefer to sell this bike to an enthusiast. It is an inline 6 cylinder engine and definitely a blast to ride.

Official 2014 MotoGP Entry List Released
Fri, 28 Feb 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released the official entry list for the 2014 MotoGP Championship including 23 riders representing 13 teams. The final entry list also lists each rider’s status as either a Open or Factory class rider. The eight Factory riders are allowed to use their teams’ own proprietary ECU software but are otherwise limited by a freeze on engine development, a limit of five engines for the whole season and just 5.3 gallons of fuel per race.

The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.

Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
