Rare low mileage Fireblade for auction. Everyone should experience the iconic CBR 954RR at least once in their lifetime. I have owned the bike for a year and it has been an awesome ride, but it is time to move on to something else. The bike is in good overall condition as you can tell from the photos and has had a recent fluid and spark-plug change. The bike has a Corbin saddle, D&D Slip-On exhaust, Puig racing screen and Michelen Pilot tires. She will need nothing until next season and is ready to go anywhere...fast. The bike is available for pick-up in Colorado Springs. Shipping arrangements will be the buyers responsibility but I will assist as much as possible if necessary. Payment of $500 deposit is expected within 24 hours of winning bid through Paypal and the balance in cash upon collection of the bike within 7 days. Casey Stoner To Test Factory Honda At Motegi
Mon, 22 Jul 2013British publication MotorcycleNews.com is reporting that 2007 and 2011 MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner will test a factory Honda RC213V at the Twin Ring Motegi, Honda’s test track, August 6-7. Stoner’s shock retirement from MotoGP at the end of the 2012 season was met with skepticism in some circles, as many believed (and still do) that the 27 year-old, current Australian V8 Supercar driver would eventually make a comeback to two wheels. As it stands, HRC has no plans to enter Stoner as a wildcard entry at Phillip Island or Motegi MotoGP rounds, and insists the former champion’s services are being used strictly to help develop next year’s RC213V and the 1000cc production racer Honda plans to introduce next year.
