1978 Honda 550cb bobber. This bike is one of a kind. The bike has a 550cc carbed inline 4 cylinder motor. It has a hard tail rear end. Mileage on odometer reads 30xxx miles but is not accurate, bought a used speedo/odometer on ebay when redoing bike. Alot of customization done to this bike. There is a little surface rust on the rims and handle bars as shown in the pictures. There is a few scratches or dings in the paint. Bike has the usual wear and tear of a normal bike. It has straight pipes making it a quite loud bike. any questions please ask NO WARRANTY AND NO REFUNDS, bike must be picked up within 1 week of sale. 2014 AMA Supercross – Oakland Results
Mon, 27 Jan 2014With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.
Day 11 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Extends Overall Lead
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Day 11 marked the longest stage to date of the Dakar Rally, as the competitors tackled the 605km (376 miles) special stage, covering a variety of terrain, hard ground, mountains, plus 120km (75 miles) of sand and dunes in the Copiapo area. Despite this, and a fall at the beginning of the stage, Marc Coma again demonstrated his status as boss of the Dakar 2014, by picking up his third victory of the year, further reinforcing his position at the top of the general standings. Five-time Dakar winner Cyril Depres opened the piste for 400km before dropping slightly to finish just 02:31 behind Marc Coma in first.
Rossi runs special Simoncelli tribute helmet
Sun, 06 Nov 2011During the 10 o'clock trial laps today, Valentino ran with a new helmet dedicated to his friend Marco Simoncelli. To demonstrate how much Valentino was affected by the tragedy that hit the Honda rider, Valentino's helmet will be divided in half: the front part of the AGV GP-Tech will be exactly like Marco Simoncelli's, with its red and white motif and ever present number 58, while the back will maintain the colours Valentino used throughout the 2011 season. Vale will use the helmet for all of Valencia's weekend.
