Honda CB description

This was my uncles bike that has been parked since 92.   Ran fine when parked according to my aunt  but has been sitting in garage since then.  I brought it home from our family vacation with the family this summer and now have it titled in my name.  I have keys to the bike and the keys to the bags as well but see info below on the bags.

It will need carbs cleaned and a battery.  Has compression and shifts through all gears.  I have not tried to start and fully expect it will be a really bad-AXX ride with a bit of TLC and know how to clean and sync the carbs.

I love the bike but need the space.

Selling with NO reserve so highest bidder get's a very sweet ride with all original paint.

I would assume the winner will pull all the bags off so I am planning on keeping them.  If you absolutely MUST have them then I will sell them with the bike for an extra $100.  Most guys take them off anyway but I thought I would leave them on so you got a sense of the character of the previous owner/rider.  This was his cruiser and it has a lot to offer the next owner.

The fairing has seen better days but I will leave it on unless you want me to pull it off to make it easier to move.

Very cool vintage metalized sticker on the bike from the original dealership in North Attleboro Mass.

Chrome is very nice for a 40 year bike,  overall really pretty amazing .  This is an awesome vintage bike with great looks and performance history.

Pick up in TN at my house  37813  or ship anywhere if you handle ALL the details. I do travel to Cincinnati often and would be willing to carry the bike up with me under the following circumstances.....It must be paid for in full before I bring it up, It must be picked up during the week at the plant while I am in town (usually mid week).  I am happy to do this at no charge to save you some miles if I can help.

I require a $200 immediate deposit at the end of the auction so I know you are sincere bidder.  Bid to win good luck.

Two Flagstaff Residents To Ride Small Motorcycles Across Arizona For Charity

Thu, 24 Apr 2014

In June, Flagstaff residents Eva Rupert and Josh Remer will be riding vintage 100cc motorcycles across the state of Arizona to raise money for Blood:Water Mission, a Nashville non-profit that builds HIV/AIDS clinics and clean water wells in Africa. Both Josh and Eva are avid motorcyclists and wanted a way to use what they love to make a difference in the world. They see their ride as a more exciting version of a walk-a-thon.

Frog eBike – the Electric Successor to 1985 Frog FZ750 Concept

Tue, 03 Apr 2012

San Francisco-based Frog Design released images of a new electric motorcycle concept, just as its influential Yamaha FZ750-based Rana concept gets enshrined at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Frog designer Jin Soek Hwang prepared the Frog eBike concept as an expression of how electric motor technology can influence motorcycle design. In a post on Frog’s blog, the designer says he was inspired in part by Frog’s 1985 FZ750 Rana concept (pictured after the jump).

AMA Supercross: 2012 Daytona Results

Mon, 12 Mar 2012

James Stewart gave his 2012 AMA Supercross championship hopes a much needed boost with a big win in sloppy, muddy conditions at Daytona International Speedway. Heavy rains made the Ricky Carmichael-designed track in Daytona’s tri-oval section even more difficult than the GOAT conceived, with the terrain rough, choppy and rutted. Series point leader Ryan Villopoto became an early casualty of the track conditions, sliding outon the second corner.
