I have a 1976 Honda cb550 four for sale. The bike has been sitting indoors for a little while but still kicks over good. In pretty good shape for the year. I am sure it will need carbs cleaned, battery, tuned up etc. The tank is clean and all the cables are free. There is no title, was lost over the years. I will provide a bill of sale with the bike. Honda RCV1000R MotoGP Production Racer Revealed
Thu, 07 Nov 2013Honda Racing Corporation officially introduced its new RCV1000R production racer which will be sold to racing teams hoping to compete in MotoGP‘s new “Open” prototype class. The RCV1000R is based on Honda’s RC213V factory prototype, with the same chassis and a similar 90° V-4 engine claiming more than 234 hp at 16000 rpm. The key difference is the engine uses traditional spring valves whereas the valves on the RC213V are activated pneumatically.
Drool-worthy new trials bike
Fri, 25 Oct 2013THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.
Hero MotoCorp Reveals RNT 150 Turbo Direct Injection Diesel Concept
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Hero MotoCorp revealed a new scooter concept powered by a 150cc turbocharged direct injection diesel engine. And if that isn’t unique enough, the concept is also two-wheel drive, with an electric motor in the front wheel hub. It’s too soon to know when the Hero RNT 150 TDI concept will ever make it to serial production, but the scooter does represent a technological show of force, proving that Hero can carry on its own research and development following its split from longtime partner Honda.
